If you wish to set up GIRO please download the form and mail back the original. Approval process takes 4-6 weeks meanwhile, make payment via AXS. Kindly take note if you do not fill in your BO Customer Ref No. (iSwitch Account Number) the application will be invalid.
If you wish to transfer funds from your bank account kindly request the bank details from us. You must indicate your iSwitch account number in the “remarks” section. iSwitch Bank details and Swift Code can be found in your bill.
Detach the payment slip portion of your bill and send your cheque to:

Log in to your bank’s mobile banking app and scan the QR code that can be found on your bill. You can retrieve your latest bill from either the iSwitch Self Service Portal or your email.
